Sr. Commercial Counsel

The Sr. Commercial Counsel provides practical, business-focused legal advice to the Company's commercial organization, supporting complex commercial matters and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, as well as managing legal matters handled by outside counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of legal experience, including experience at a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house with a life sciences company
• Experience supporting a commercial organization within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical business practices
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on organizational success
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in identifying, analyzing, and providing legal advice on complex commercial issues
