Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of commercial activities, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Medical initiatives.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of legal experience, including experience at a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house with a life sciences company
- Experience supporting a commercial organization within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry strongly preferred
