Director, IT Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Ardelyx is seeking a Director, IT Business Partner to lead technology strategy and delivery across corporate functions, partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure IT solutions enable operational excellence, scalability, and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Partner with Corporate Operations, Quality Finance, HR, Legal, and corporate leadership to define and execute IT strategy aligned with business priorities
• Translate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions supporting corporate functions
• Lead prioritization and execution of IT initiatives across HRIS, financial systems, and corporate platforms
• Drive implementation and optimization of enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, and related systems
• Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and data governance requirements across corporate systems
• Manage implementation and enhancement of systems including CRM and patient services platforms
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee vendor relationships, system implementations, and managed service providers
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Communicate technology roadmaps, risks, and investment priorities to executive stakeholders
• Partner with the CIO to define a long-term enterprise technology strategy and roadmap
• Establish a pragmatic, scalable architecture operating model
