Program Analyst

Role Overview

This position provides consultative, analytical, and support services throughout all phases of program and system development. The contractor will help ensure that business and technical requirements are accurately captured, tested, and implemented, while proactively identifying risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Do

Provide analytical and consultative support across the full project lifecycle—from business requirements through design, testing, and implementation. Participate in analysis sessions to define and refine program and system requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret budgetary and scheduling data
• Familiarity with system integration and software testing concepts
• Ability to assess risk, resolve issues, and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability
