Program Analyst

Role Overview

As a Program Analyst, you will provide analytical support and data-driven insights to ensure project installation success. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and multiple internal teams to develop actionable insights regarding project goals, progress, and implementation.

What You Will Do

Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks, track project progress, conduct data analysis, create reports, identify risks and issues, monitor project budgets, and attend project status meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
• 2+ years of related finance or business analysis experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization
• Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and clients
