Requirements
- Accounting
- Process rent payments and perform bank deposits
- Enter and track cash receipts in accounting software
- Input vendor invoices into Yardi Voyager and assist with check runs
- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
- Process Tenant Improvement invoices and assist with budget tracking
- Maintain electronic filing of accounting documents
- Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed
- Lease Coordinator
- Communicate with property managers and leasing staff to support lease activity
- Track lease documents, terms, and critical dates
- Provide administrative support for lease and tenant documentation
- Coordinate with tenants and vendors for property-related inquiries
- Support the front desk and act as backup receptionist when needed
- Organize and maintain lease files and digital records
