Requirements
- Manage all aspects of assigned property operations
- Lead and motivate the leasing team in a positive, goal-oriented environment
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Advertise and market vacancies to attract qualified tenants
- Manage annual budgets, delinquency, and financial performance
- Oversee property appearance, maintenance, and overall performance
- Collect rent, file evictions, and resolve resident concerns
- Schedule unit turns and walk units for completion
- Achieve financial goals and report on performance metrics
- Build relationships with prospective clients to support business growth
- Greet and assist current and prospective residents
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Showcase models, amenities, and community features
- Create urgency and excitement to close leases
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
- Create and update online advertisements to drive traffic
- Enter maintenance requests and assist the Property Manager
- Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewing residents
