Ardent Communities is hiring a Property Manager in Westerville and Lancaster, OH. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the full operation of your community, lead an on-site team, and create an exceptional living experience for residents.
Requirements
- Lead and motivate a leasing and maintenance team
- Create strong relationships with current and future residents
- Market and advertise vacancies
- Manage to budget, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting
- Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination
- Handle resident concerns, evictions, and compliance with regulations
- Schedule unit turns and walking units for completion
- Partner with Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals
- Build relationships that help expand business opportunities
