The Shift Manager will assist the Site Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to effectively and profitably produce superior quality products and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Associates degree required
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience required
- Training in Lean manufacturing required
