Shift Manager (1st Shift)

The Shift Manager will assist the Site Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to effectively and profitably produce superior quality products and ensure on-time delivery. This position will oversee a shift crew and will provide leadership to improve safety, housekeeping, product quality, process efficiency, and labor deployment.

Requirements

• Associates degree required
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required
• Training in Lean manufacturing required
