Job Description
The Business Development - Team Lead will build targeted prospect lists, identify decision-makers, create and execute outbound email sequences, and manage outreach performance using CRM and campaign tools.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
- Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
- Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
- Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining personalization
