Senior Operator

Argent Energy is a leading European waste-based biodiesel producer seeking a Senior Operator to support the Team leader in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the pre-treatment plant. The role follows a 4 days on, 6 days off shift pattern and involves working closely with other departments to optimize plant performance while adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of pre-treatment/chemical process operations, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with process equipment and their operation
• Experience managing the Safe System of Work
• Understanding of SHE legislation
• Collaborative and builds effective relationships
• Able to work under pressure and make decisions
• Good communication skills
