Senior Operator

Argent Energy is a leading European waste-based biodiesel producer seeking a Senior Operator to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the bio-diesel refinery. The role involves working a 4-day shift pattern, driving HSEQ compliance, and providing on-the-job training to operators.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of chemical process operations, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with process equipment (pumps, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, etc.) and their operation
• Experience managing the Safe System of Work
• Understanding of SHE legislation
• Relevant certifications or technical training in process operations or safety
• 3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or processing
• Supervisory experience
