Job Description
This position seeks a compassionate and experienced Primary Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals struggling with mental health disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Ohio licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or Psychologist (or working toward independent licensure)
- Experience providing mental health therapy to individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care)
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
