Job Description
The Primary Therapist will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. This role involves delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in a compassionate and effective manner. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work towards high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Experience providing therapy in individual, group, and family settings.
- Experience providing therapy with a diverse client population, including severe and persistent mental illness.
