Job Description
Director of Construction at Argus Properties, responsible for overseeing all development & construction activities, including project management, construction management, and development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in construction and real estate development
- 10+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in the construction of industrial, office, retail, hotel, and multi-family residential projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, able to read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction
