Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work directly with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, to increase their quality of life by reducing challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and/or enrolled in a BCBA program (preferred)
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification (required within 90 days of hire)
