Job Description
The Case Manager is responsible for the case coordination of foster children and foster parents, ensuring that Foster Children are receiving adequate care and are functioning to the best of their abilities within the foster care home and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences.
- Two years’ experience supervised by an individual with a MSW or other master’s degree in the social or behavioral sciences.
- Valid Regular Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record.
- CPR, First Aid, Safety Care, SIP, QMAP, etc. as outlined by supervisor.
