Job Description
Provide a person-centered therapeutic relationship for youth or adults with I/DD who are struggling with mental, behavioral, social, and emotional impairment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to role model positive coping, communication, and boundary setting with children and youth.
- Knowledge of how trauma and behavior are connected and appropriate responses to the behaviors.
