Job Description
Field Service Operations team provides technical support to drive customer success at Aristocrat Gaming. Senior Field Service Technician provides advanced technical support and guidance in field operations, mentors junior technicians, and contributes to efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, conversions, installations, and maintenance of gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
- Resolve complex issues independently or in collaboration with technical support.
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior Field Service Technicians.
- Conduct and document Pre-Site Surveys, ensuring thorough planning for upcoming service activities.
- Analyze and report recurring service challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock for field operations.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions and uphold Aristocrat’s customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company protocols in all field activities.
