Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for driving the success of enterprise online lottery projects at Aristocrat, with a focus on project planning, execution, and coordination. The role requires 5+ years of experience in project management, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in online lottery or gaming a plus
• Demonstrated experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies in enterprise environments
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to drive accountability and resolve delivery issues
• Comfortable operating in structured, regulated environments
• Diligent with a strong sense of ownership
