Project Manager, Implementation

Aristocrat seeks a Project Manager to lead CX Systems implementation projects, providing outstanding customer experiences and handling challenging system projects throughout their lifecycle. The role involves leading system implementation projects, coordinating hardware and software installations, and developing detailed project timelines and schedules. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers and will handle their expectations and ensure their happiness. Additionally, the role will involve developing and maintaining project management methodologies and outcomes, and providing on-site and remote support during project go-lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-5+ years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or related technical delivery.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and guidelines (e.g., Agile, PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
