Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years proven experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Proven track record to lead sophisticated suppliers with outstanding problems.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to articulate processes.
• Experience in product or process definition from concept to execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing commodity management for hardware and electronics.
• Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
