Senior Associate, RFP

Aristotle is seeking a Senior Associate, RFP to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves creating high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, supporting client-facing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in RFP, content, or data management within asset management or a related field.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in RFP, content, or data management within asset management or a related field
• Experience working within a multi-affiliate or shared services model preferred
• Prior project management experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent job experience
• Broad knowledge of the asset management industry and regulatory environment
