Revenue Cycle Management Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate RCM Manager to join our team. The RCM Manager establishes single-threaded ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) performance across all payers, clinics, and aging buckets.

Requirements

• Own total AR performance and aging trends across all payers and clinics
• Provide weekly AR reporting including movement, drivers, and risks
• Lead and manage AR Coordinators and AR Leads
• Identify and escalate root causes of AR growth, denials, payer delays, and workflow gaps
• Drive productivity standards and accountability across AR team
• Partner with Systems Manager on reporting accuracy and denial prevention
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to resolve upstream issues
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of accounts across all aging buckets
• Standardize workflows and escalation paths across AR team
• Support strategic initiatives to improve collections and reduce AR aging
