Revenue Cycle Systems Senior Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Revenue Cycle Systems Senior Manager to join our team. The Revenue Cycle Systems Senior Manager creates centralized ownership of systems, workflows, vendor performance, and all pre-claim revenue cycle operations. This role transforms pre-claim operations from a fragmented, reactive function into a structured, performance-driven capability, ensuring clean claim generation and scalable revenue cycle performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle systems or operations
• Strong knowledge of NextGen PM/EHR and workflows
• Experience with clearinghouse processes (837/835)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience managing system issues and root cause analysis
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM workflows
