Job Description
Protiviti is seeking a Revenue Cycle Transformation Senior Manager to join our growing Healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will lead revenue cycle initiatives for healthcare clients, partnering with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to address complex challenges across the revenue cycle.
Requirements
- Lead complex engagements with confidence, balancing delivery quality, client expectations, and team performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support value creation by helping define success metrics and quantifying operational and financial impact.
- Communicate effectively with client leaders, adapting messages for executive and operational audiences.
- Collaborate across teams while developing others and contributing to practice growth, including executing engagements in both audit/assessment as well as consultative environments.
