Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Transformation Manager to join our growing Healthcare practice. As a Manager, you will lead revenue cycle initiatives for healthcare clients, partnering with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to address complex challenges across the revenue cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, compliance, internal audit, or provider revenue cycle operations.
- Experience working with top commercial electronic health record systems, including Epic (Resolute HB/PB, Cadence, Prelude, or related modules); Epic certification a plus.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and revenue integrity practices.
