We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Transformation Manager to join our growing Healthcare practice. The successful candidate will lead revenue cycle initiatives for healthcare clients, partnering with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to address complex challenges across the revenue cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, IT, Healthcare Administration, HIM, Economics, or Business)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, compliance, internal audit, or provider revenue cycle operations
- Experience working with top commercial electronic health record systems, including Epic (Resolute HB/PB, Cadence, Prelude, or related modules); Epic certification a plus
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and revenue integrity practices
- Experience building analyses, dashboards, or models to support operational and financial improvement
