The ideal candidate will have experience leading revenue cycle initiatives, managing projects, and providing data-driven recommendations to clients. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of reimbursement, payer regulations, and revenue integrity practices.
Requirements
- Lead complex engagements with confidence, balancing delivery quality, client expectations, and team performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support value creation by helping define success metrics and quantifying operational and financial impact.
- Communicate effectively with client leaders, adapting messages for executive and operational audiences.
- Collaborate across teams while developing others and contributing to practice growth, including executing engagements in both audit/assessment as well as consultative environments.
