Manager, Business Development

Arizona Liver Health (ALH) is dedicated to driving high standards of care and advancing medical innovation through leading clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance, and generating high-quality clinical data. The Business Development Manager supports organizational growth by identifying, cultivating, and coordinating new clinical trial opportunities across multiple therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Experience supporting business development within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• Foundational understanding of clinical trial processes, protocol requirements, and site operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up and execution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multi-site teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Monday.com preferred).
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, client services, clinical operations, or related fields within clinical research or life sciences.
• Experience with data management, tracking tools, and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research operations, drug development, and medical terminology preferred
