VEN Centers, Powered by Arizona Liver Health, is a medical practice leading the charge in combatting the elimination of viral hepatitis in Arizona. The company is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to fill a key role in their team.

Requirements

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care and clinical management for individuals with HCV, HBV, HIV, STI, and those on PrEP
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor treatment progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Educate patients on HCV, HBV, HIV, STI, and PrEP, including transmission, prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
