Medical Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Medical Assistant to join our busy pain management clinic. As a vital member of our care team, you’ll support Pain Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants by preparing patients, documenting visits, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.

Requirements

• Clean and prepare medical rooms for providers
• Prepare injectables and medications
• Stock rooms
• Order supplies
• Chart in appropriate EMR system
• Scribe as needed for provider(s)
• Scan and fax documents
• Answer phones as needed
• Schedule appointments in EMR system
• Administer IM injections
• Perform blood draws
