Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of supply chain management experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Leadership skills in management of people, processes, and/or projects across diverse supply chain teams
- Extensive knowledge of government contracts and their impact on the Supply Chain process
- Strong working knowledge of subcontracts management, FFP, CPFF, CPAF, and IDIQ type procurements
- Excellent prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills
- ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, or other)
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel
- Advanced data analysis skills
