Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of supply chain management experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Leadership skills in management of people, processes and/or projects across diverse supply chain teams
- Knowledge of government contracts and their impact on the Supply Chain process
- Oracle, SAP, or other ERP system experience
- Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel
- Data analysis skills including regression analysis and demand estimation models
