Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is a key member of the plant operations team responsible for repairing and maintaining manufacturing, packaging, material handling, and process equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance.
- 3–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- PLC knowledge/experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens).
- Willingness to work off shifts and overtime.
- Familiarity with maintenance performance metrics.
