Maintenance & Reliability Manager Job

The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all maintenance and reliability activities within the plant.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in plant maintenance and reliability management
• BS in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Six sigma certification and/or experience in Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence implementation
• Mechanical Integrity inspector certification highly desired
• Excellent communications, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills - Stage Gate Project Development process
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical Integrity and reliability
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams and high-hazard maintenance activities
• Advanced MS Office Skills; SAP experience desired
