Job Description
Production Team Leader responsible for leading a team of 40 colleagues in a 2-shift schedule, coordinating machines, people, materials, and order information, and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of relevant production experience
- Proactive and analytically strong
- Good at process-oriented work
- Able to start, complete, and secure projects independently
- Familiar with Lean, 5S, and TPM
- Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule (6.00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
- Own transportation to get to the location in Giessen
