Job Description
As a Team Leader in production, you play an essential role in the production process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment and coaching employees to maximize production targets.
Requirements
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to and enforcing company and safety regulations.
- Coach, motivate and develop employees within your team (10 to 15 production employees).
- Monitor, direct and execute production processes with an eye on optimization and efficiency.
- Evaluate product quality through visual inspection and random sampling.
- Collaborate with the production planning and realize the production targets.
- Report any abnormalities and execute administrative tasks.
