Job Description
ARLANXEO is seeking an IT Category Manager to manage IT procurement expenses across the EMEA region and lead the procurement of global IT agreements. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing the IT supplier market, promoting strong partnerships, negotiating high-quality contracts, and supporting ARLANXEO's digital transformation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, business management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in IT procurement.
- Proven expertise in IT procurement, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS license models, SLAs, and complex IT contract negotiations.
- Comprehensive knowledge in category management, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization.
- Experience in managing supplier risks and evaluating compliance with cybersecurity regulations, familiarity with cloud security requirements, and risk reduction in the IT supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in diverse, dynamic environments.
- Technical knowledge or experience in high-tech procurement areas is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
