As the IT Category Procurement Manager, you will oversee procurement process for all IT-related categories, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality across all IT purchases. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years of specialized experience in IT procurement within the software or technology industry
- Proven experience managing IT procurement initiatives from initiation through execution, delivering measurable cost savings and value
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory requirements related to IT procurement
- Proficiency with procurement tools and platforms, including eSourcing, contract management, and spend analysis solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
