The Procurement Category Manager, Professional Services is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies for assigned professional services categories, including Translation Services, Document & Data Retention Services, HR Services, Finance Services, and Legal Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Proven experience developing and executing category strategies and managing supplier relationships
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to analyze cost structures and procurement data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholder groups
- Experience using procurement systems or sourcing tools such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely from the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
