Job Description
Teaching Assistant - Marine Corp Base Hawaii: Assist the teacher with direction for the program and implements curriculum in the classroom, focusing on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
Requirements
- Assist the teacher develop and deliver an enriching early learning program
- Provide a quality experience to children and parents/caregivers
- Model effective behaviors in dealing with children
- Maintain attendance for program participants
- Submit weekly sign-in rosters and monthly lesson plans
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and staff meetings
