We are seeking a Podcast Producer to produce high-quality podcast content across audio, video and social platforms, supporting the growth and engagement of iHeart's original podcast slate.

• Proven experience in podcast production, with hands-on capability across recording, editing, publishing and multi-platform distribution.
• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape engaging episodes aligned to show formats.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines at once.
• Confident communicator who works effectively with talent, guests and production teams.
