We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to optimize our customer relationships through data-driven, personalized marketing while increasing loyalty and engagement. As a CRM Manager, you will develop and optimize the CRM strategy to drive customer lifetime value, retention, and loyalty across the UK and key international markets.
Requirements
- Solid CRM experience within a consumer-facing brand, ideally within fashion or retail
- Proven experience delivering measurable improvements in customer lifetime value and email marketing performance
- Experience supporting or implementing customer loyalty programmes to increase engagement and repeat purchase
