Job Description
This skilled Nursing RN position involves using the nursing process to provide skilled nursing care to clients, administering care, and assisting in their home and community care. The RN will conduct assessments, adjust care plans, and maintain records while supporting client and family well-being. They also supervise ancillary staff and participate in quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid Maine State Nursing License
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year experience in home health care or medical-surgical nursing
- Physical and mental health
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to work alone and decision make
- Ability to supervise staff
