Job Description
The skilled Nursing RN will evaluate client's nursing needs, administer skilled nursing care, and provide education and supervision to patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. This involves conducting assessments, coordinating services, managing care plans, and maintaining documentation in accordance with agency policies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid Maine State license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- One year experience in home health or medical - surgical nursing
- Physical and mental health
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work alone and demonstrate decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Willingness to work odd hours and travel
