As Senior Key Account Manager (all genders), you will independently take care of our largest and most sales-strong partner companies and establish Aroundhome as a strategic growth lever.
You are an expert in your field and represent Aroundhome at our service providers.
You drive the development of new customer relationships forward, act on an equal footing with decision-makers, and conduct target-oriented negotiations on conditions and contracts.
You analyze the success of your customers, lead targeted optimization measures (e.g. workshops, training) and develop a joint strategic planning with our providers.
You are responsible for your service provider portfolio and sales, and are always in exchange with the category management for market and competitive analyzes.
You continuously build your network and keep it alive through creative events, trade fairs and personal visits.
You are a sparring partner for other departments and support or lead cross-functional project work for new products or processes as well as team leadership.
You bring a completed study or a very good completed vocational training as well as at least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management.
You can present verifiable results in the successful development of key accounts, you adapt quickly to new conversation partners and are used to interacting confidently with decision-makers at management level.
You act target-oriented, think entrepreneurially and are characterized by your focused way of working, especially you always have the solution in mind, never the problem.
You convince with your outstanding implementation strength and are not afraid to take independent decisions.
You enthuse with your analytical understanding and quick grasp of complex topics, combined with your flexibility in changing situations.
You are empathetic and convince with your winning appearance and a healthy dose of humor.
