Job Description
Arrive Logistics is seeking a Client Success Associate to master operational excellence within existing and new client accounts. The role involves load building, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders. It requires a detail-oriented, customer obsessed, efficient, and proactive individual comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Manage load board on a daily basis.
- Focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers.
- Communicate proactively with carriers and customers.
