Job Description
Accounts Receivable Coordinator position available at Atlantic Bingo Supply. The successful candidate will perform various daily tasks in the corporate office, including processing customer payments, collection and billing of electronics usage, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Process and post daily customer payments
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly collection and billing of electronics usage
- Prepare, check and enter credits received from sales force
- Reprint, resend, or provide invoice copies and payment documentation
- Follow established accounts receivable procedures
- Provide administrative and phone support
